Return and Refunds

We are dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with any goods you have purchased from us. The order will not be returned or cancelled once it has been dispatched from our warehouse, unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be detailed below.

NOTE: Products that have been damaged while in use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

We accept product returns under the following circumstances:

- A broken or leaking product

- A product that is inaccurate in quantity or size

- A product that is about to expire or has already expired

These cases must be discovered immediately after opening the package; otherwise, we will not be held liable to it.

Please provide us two photographs of the product (one of the damaged component and one of the full product) so that we can determine the reason for the return. You can email the images to support@zestimcart.com, and our Quality Assurance team will review them to see if they are eligible for a return.

If the products were fine but were damaged by the customer, we do not accept returns. We cannot be held liable for your errors such as incorrect or incomplete addresses.

You will be liable for the entire cost of the return shipment when returning the product. Please maintain track of any original packing, including papers, documents, parts, and accessories, which should be returned with the item.

We will inspect the merchandise after it is received, and then we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We'll also let you know if it's been approved or rejected. If it's authorised, the refund will be processed and refunded to your credit card or original mode of payment within a few days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.
