Shipping Policy
The Shipping Policy covers the several types of shipping methods available, as well as the few situations that may arise and the general measures that should be taken during the shipping process. Please read this to gain a better understanding of our protocols.
Registered and Express Shipping are the two most common shipping methods we use. Registered shipping takes roughly 4 to 5 days to reach its destination, whereas Express shipping takes only 2 to 4 days. Both of these shipping options have different prices that will be added to your order at the time of purchase. The registered shipment does not need to be selected in most cases because it is the default form of transmission.
On weekends and holidays, we do not make deliveries or dispatches. If an order confirmation is received on such days, it will be processed the following business day. We also ask that you provide the correct postal address, as well as the area code and nearest landmark so that your package does not go missing.
We request your presence at the stated address when the delivery arrives. If you do not comply, we have directed the delivery partner to hold the package at the delivery/postal office for a specified period of time. The consumer will subsequently be required to pick up the package as soon as possible.
If the local authorities in your country or state impose an additional charge, you must be aware of it and pay the appropriate amount. If you fail to do so, the package may not be delivered to you during that period. We shall not be held liable if your shipment is seized as a result of your failure to pay the additional price.
